Job Description

The Project Manager manages role player site supervisors and is responsible for creating a team-oriented, effective environment for training situations. They are also responsible for client-management and will oversee multiple locations within the United States. An impeccable ability to communicate with your team. Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of the contract and scope, including project accounting, client management, leadership, and teamwork. Holds regular status meetings concerning relevant contract information and/or personnel issues with the COR. Will strengthen teamwork by identifying opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change. Will continuously be vigilant by identifying needs and evaluate alternative solutions and continually seek to increase client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures contract documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  • Complies with and helps to enforce all policies and procedures
  • Mitigates contract employee conflict and communication problems
  • Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for contract
  • Tracks / reports all man-hours worked and expenses monthly
  • Effectively applies training methodologies
  • Develops professional relationships with client
  • Effectively applies training methodology and enforces project standards
  • Reviews the status reports of contract personnel and addresses issues as appropriate
  • Tracks and reports all man-hours worked and expenses on a weekly basis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a US citizen
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Must have Transportation Security Administration experience.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience, minimum 2 years as a Project Manager (Required)
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Must pass background check (may require physical and/or drug testing)

Other Qualifications:

  • Preferred Background/Experience with Law Enforcement
